1: How can I get a quotation?

A: Please send us an inquiry with the material, size, artwork and quantity. Otherwise, you can send us the pictures and ideas, we will provide you our professional suggestions for your request.

2:How to ensure the correct rate of design?

A: Before placing the order, we will send you the design draft for confirmation in firstly, next to check the sample effect again,and then carry out to the mass production.

3: When will my order be shipped?

A: Normally the production time is 15-20 working days. If your order is urgent, we can arrange it as priority. Please contact our sale for a more exact timeline.

4.How to get the sample? What's the sample charge?

   How many days will be spent of the delivery?

A:

1)If you want to custom a physical sample as your requirements there will be charges involved. However, this could be refund upon mass production.     

2)Sample of our stock could be free.(1- 3pcs) And customized sample will collect sample fee,it will be refunded once. confirm the order.(Used as deduction for payment)

3)It takes about 3 days to make samples and 3-7 days to send samples,If the sample is urgent, you can contact our sales staff to give you priority arrangement.

5: How can I pay?

A: We accept various paying methods, such as T/T, trade assurance, paypal...

The best way is trade assurance order, our sales will send you a payment link, and you can pay online.

6.How to ensure the products quality?
